Description

A 3 bedroom Willerby Rio Gold 2012. 35 x 12ft wide. The caravan can sleep up to 6 people with 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms. Ideally located just 5-10 minute walk to the main resort .  The caravan has a fantastic range of features  to make your stay a home from home experience.

The caravan is double glazed and central heated providing a warm cosy setting for your Butlins holiday all year round.

To the side of the caravan is a large veranda with patio furniture and a private tarmac parking space.  

Lounge

The wrap around fixed seating provides ample room for the whole family. With a feature fireplace incorporating a gas fire and a freeview television the lounge provides a relaxing atmosphere.  

The dining area is ideal for family meals.   

Kitchen

The open plan design leads from the lounge to the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything you need for your Butlins self catering holiday, including an upright fridge with box freezer, microwave, crockery, cutlery etc.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom consists of a double bed with overhead cupboards and shelving and double wardrobe with drawer.

The twin bedrooms consist of 2 single beds with overhead cupboards and a single wardrobe.

Bathroom

The bathroom contains a toilet, sink, shower and vanity unit.

There is also a second toilet and sink.

Safety

For your safety the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and a fire extinguisher.
