Description

A modern Willerby Vacation 2012. The caravan sleeps a maximum of 8 people with 1 double bedroom 2 twin bedrooms and a pull out double in the lounge. It is located in a quiet area to the rear of Butlins caravan village but still only 15 minutes walk to the main resort.

To the side of the caravan is a veranda with patio chairs. To the front of the caravan is a private tarmac parking space. 

Central heating and double glazing make this an ideal holiday home all year round.

Lounge

The lounge has plenty of room for all the family incorporating a dining area for those family meals, a gas fire and 22" flat screen digital TV/DVD.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything yo need for your Butlins self catering holiday. It has a free standing fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery.

Bedrooms

The master bedroom has a triple wardrobe providing that extra storage space plus bedside shelving and overhead shelving.

Both twin bedrooms have two single beds, a single wardrobe and overhead shelving.

Bathroom

The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a large shower enclosure with shelving to the side providing plenty of storage for towels and toiletries.

There is also a separate toilet and sink.

Safety

For your safety the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.
