The 2012 Willerby Rio Gold is both modern and spacious. The caravan sleeps a maximum of 8 people with 1 double bedroom 2 twin bedrooms and a pull out double in the lounge. It is located on the popular Dunes area just minutes away from main resort.
To the side of the caravan is a veranda with patio furniture. A hard standing parking space is also provided.
Central heating and double glazing make this an ideal holiday home all year round.
Lounge
The lounge has plenty of room for all the family incorporating a dining area for those family meals, a gas fire and a flat screen digital TV and DVD player.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your Butlins self catering holiday. It has a free standing fridge with box freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a double wardrobe, bedside shelving, and overhead cupboards.
Both twin bedrooms have two single beds and a full length single wardrobe, together with overhead cupboards.
Bathroom
The bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower enclosure.
There is also a separate toilet and sink.
Safety
For your safety the caravan is fitted with a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher.
