Description

 A refurbished 4 bedroom 2008 Delta Norstar. The caravan sleeps a maximum of 8 people with a double bedrom and 3 twin bedrooms.

Double glazing and central heating makes it an ideal holiday home all year round.

To the side of the caravan is a veranda and a  hardstanding private parking space.

Lounge

The lounge has fitted wrap around seating incorporating the dining area. Complete with feature electric fire, surround plus a freeview tv and dvd player

Kitchen

The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with everything you require for your Butlins self catering holiday including a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, pots and pan.

Bedrooms

There are 4 well fitted bedrooms.

The master double bedroom comes complete with two single wardrobe, cupboards and dressing table. A TV is installed in the master bedroom.

There are three twin bedrooms two with a single wardrobe, cupboards and a bedside cabinet. The third bedroom with overhead cupboards and a bedside cabinet.

Bathroom.

The bathroom contains a shower room with toilet and wash basin. Also as you would expect from this 4 bedroomed holiday home there is a further separate Toilet with wash basin.

Safety

For your safety and peace of mind there is a fire extinguisher, smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector which are regularly maintained
