Updates to policies and terms

Coronavirus update - 02/06/20

Butlins have announced they are closing until 16/07/20.  If your break falls between this period and you would like to reschedule your holiday please e-mail your revised dates to admin@zmcaravans.com

We ask that you do not phone us.  We will contact the guests affected in date order to discuss the preferred options with them.

How does this affect your booking?

If you holiday falls during site closure your options are

1. Move your holiday to an alternative date, if there is a difference in price the difference will need to be paid if higher or refunded if lower.

2. Move to the same date next year.  We will provide the holiday at the same price as the full price on the break you have booked.

3. If you don't know what dates you require request a credit note which can be applied to a future break or exchanged for a refund minus processing fees at a later date.  

3. Receive a full refund minus a processing fee.

I wish to cancel by booking

If you holiday is after 16/07/20 our normal terms and conditions apply.  Please see our T&C's for our cancellation policy and late payment fees.

I wish to move my holiday

If your holiday is after 16/07/20 you may move your holiday to a different date suject to a £20 proceseeding fee.  You must pay any difference in price, if the price is lower we will refund the difference.

Holiday payments
You must continue to pay for your holiday by the due dates.  Any delay in payments will result in late fees.  We have the right to cancel your holiday if payments are not made. Cancellation fees will apply if you your holiday is canelled due to none payment.

What can I do to protect myself?

Whether visiting our resorts or planning to shortly, we would ask all our guests to take the following sensible Government advice:

• Maintain good hygiene practices such as using tissues when coughing or sneezing, and disposing of the tissue in a bin
