Up to 12 April
Caravan Village is closed.  No bookings available.

12 April - 16 May
The caravan village is open and we are taking bookings.  Butlins is closed.  The Pig & Whistle located on the caravan village is open in the afternoon for outside food &
 drink

16 May onwards
Butlins is open however, sublet guests are only permitted limited access to Butlins

What is included in caravan only booking?

You will still have access to main resort to use funfair, bars, restaurants, take-away, bowling, shops & arcades.  Plus access to Crazy Horse (new name coming soon) located on the caravan village which will include a Live Entertainment Stage, Sky Sports Screens, Pool tables, dart boards, Lounge Style Seating & a fully functional bar.

What isn't included in a caravan only booking?

No access to main resort entertainment venues, Splash Waterworld, bookable leisure activities or dining rooms.

What if social distancing rules change?

If social distancing rules change you will have the option to keep your break as it is or upgrade your break to include the Full Butlins Experience.

Already booked a full Butlins experience with us?

If you have already booked a full Butlins experience with us your break will be reviewed closer to your holiday date.  Any cancellation before your review date will incur a cancellation fee. 

The options available from your review date are as follows;

1. Keep your holiday caravan only basis and reveice a refund for the difference.

2. Move your holiday to an alternative date, if there is a difference in price the difference will need to be paid if higher or refunded if lower.

3. Move to the same date next year.  We will provide the holiday at the same price as the full price on the break you have booked.

4. Cancel your booking and receive a full refund.


Holiday payments
You must continue to pay for your holiday by the due dates.  Any delay in payments will result in late fees.  We have the right to cancel your holiday if payments are not made. Cancellation fees will apply if you your holiday is canelled due to none payment.

What can I do to protect myself?

Whether visiting our resorts or planning to shortly, we would ask all our guests to take the following sensible Government advice:
